From start to finish an excellent all round service for my brother David Webb.
With Joanne & Clair in the office being very supportive, caring, respectful, & very helpful in every aspect!
Barbara who walked in front of the hearse going to the church also walked with me behind the coffin into the church, how caring was that!!!!! this because there was only me to walk alone behind! I had no one else.
I cannot fault this service that I received in any way, they deserve five plus stars!

THE TEAM AT CONSETT ARE EXCELLENT - BOTH LADIES ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SPENT A LOT OF TIME MAKING SURE ALL WENT WELL.  I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND SAY THESE GIRLS NEED A PAY RISE!!

From start to finish of this sad process each member of staff were very friendly and sensitive to our needs. Nothing was a bother to them even when we changed our minds on things . I personally can’t thank each and everyone of them for all the help and support they gave my family and myself at this difficult time . I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you x

Too many small mistakes, one eulogy missed completely caused by humanist minister who completely ignored him and no one knew where the donation box was being located at crematorium resulting in it being taken back to the reception at marriott royal county with lesser donations.   Missed opportunity, due to overrun of previous funeral knock on effect music all being cut back and shortened to fit within allocated time. Sadly definitely not the best but then again you have te market definitely room for improvement.

Without the help of  the Co.op team I would have been totally lost ,from the first meeting until the final service everything was taken care of, nothing was a trouble and everything was explained clearly. It is a pleasure to meet such caring staff they are indeed a credit to the Society.
