Was not happy we were told different thing lies i was pantomime just to go and have owe last minutes with myself and mam had paid for funeral in advance I wish I could get my money back and go elsewhere the crem service was done well with father Gary's input

Firstly met Colin on a Sunday at Darlington, he was amazingly polite & very helpful. He's helped me through the hardest thing I've had to do, & been a pc in Manchester I've seen a lot. Carole performed a wonderful ceremony & my mam couldn't have been happier with her saddest day. Thank you all.

The staff could not do enough to help. They were extremely friendly and definitely went above and beyond to deliver a quality service. We were looked after from the beginning until after the funeral and I genuinely feel that nothing was too much to ask.
