My mum had her funeral arranged with Stephen McCosh Funeral Directors and when she passed away from that first Phone call to the day of the funeral I have to say the Stephen and his entire team where fantastic to our family, making the process simple and straight forward, guiding us through what to do next and the best way to arrange things. Gina in the office was so kind and i would recommend Stephen McCosh Funeral Directors to anyone for a professional personal sympathetic service

My family were very well looked after by Stephen and all the staff at a very difficult time. He took care of all the arranging and we had very little to do. Would have no hesitation in recommending his company.

Gina and Mark made such a difficult time for me so much easier... They took care of every detail for me, more importantly they were there for me emotionally. And I know for sure they looked after my beautiful husband when I could no longer do that. He looked handsome and peaceful. The funeral home was relaxed and I felt easy sitting there all day. My family came and went and all said they had never witnessed such a calm, friendly funeral home .

An understanding of the grief my family and I were experiencing was demonstrated by Mr. McCosh and his colleagues, which was demonstrated in their empathy and genuine compassion. Stephen mccoosh and his team are exceptional at what they do , at a families most tragic in their lives they go above and beyond to take the stress away from the family , after the sudden death of our father Stephen McCosh and his team were our rock nothing was to much for them , I can honestly say that without Stephen and his team we would never have gotten through the burial of our father , their professional and personal approach towards their clients is of the higher standard and I cannot thank them enough.
