The collection of my Father's body from home was done in an efficient and very respectful manner by two ladies late at night. We were all very grateful for this. The meeting to discuss arrangements followed as promised but a lack of all relative paperwork caused a minor issue. This was resolved in time and the rest of the service was exemplary. We would not hesitate to use their service again. Thank you.

Overall the service was good , especially the funeral director Tim . His professionalism and reassurance made a very difficult time a little easier .
I didn’t appreciate the call from coop’s extra services . I think three days after my Fathers death is too soon to have questions fired at you concerning his finances .

It was exactly what my dad wanted , the chap and young new girl in the Truro co op funeral office made it so stress free and explained everything so well , the cremation he wanted was all a bit strange to us , but now we as a family all want the same , even down to collecting his ashes none of it made us feel as sad as we thought it would
