Saltash office were excellent from beginning to the end. Staff had a caring and considerate attitude towards myself and my family and we thank them for that. The young lady (Emma) was marvelous as many that attended the service commented on.

Every one I had any contact with before and during the funeral of my mother Edith Couch. We're very professional and caring , Michelae and Louise in particular very informative and approachable . It made a very emotional time easier to deal with . Thank you all very much .

We were very pleased with the service we received from the Co-op Funeralcare at Saltash for my mum's funeral. We would like to thank Louise, Sonya and Michala as they were all very kind, caring and helpful throughout what was a difficult time for us as a family. We also would like to thank the Celebrant, Emma Kendall who did a lovely service on the day and which was very well received.

To leave a review of a funeral is a difficult task, but I’ll try my best.
The service to celebrate the life my late husband, was carried through with a lovely feeling he was there with us in spirit, and by placing the flowers on the cask during the service, gave me a chance to touch the cask and say farewell my love.

The pall bearers were smart, and well practiced with moving the trellis from under the cask, readying it to be carried up the steps in the crematorium.

So yes I was very happy with the service, and the persons carrying it through.

The Saltash COOP Team are very helpful and caring team. They arranged everything perfect for the day of funeral. The coffin design was great . I like having the word DAD engraved in the coffin, and it having roses engraved also. The little memory pin was a great idea as well as a memory book.
