Everyone at Co-op Funeral Care in St Austell was excellent. It’s obviously a difficult thing to have to deal with when you’ve just lost someone you love, but everyone was very sensitive and helpful, making the whole process as straightforward and stress free as possible. As a family we’re all extremely grateful to them.

Well organised and we were well looked after. I had confidence that all would go smoothly on the day ( having used the same funeral organisers for my Mum with Director Tim Hogg) and it did. We were able to hold a send off tailored to my Dads personality which meant alot to my brother and I. Many thanks to Coop St Austell for taking some of the stress away following my Dad's passing.

Karen,Tim and team were with me all the way. Nothing was too much trouble. They guided me through the whole process, I have to say they felt like family. We had a wonderful day, beautiful service and were delivered, in style, to our choice of wake. I cannot thank them enough.

The Co Op Funeral Care is the best Funeral Care you could choose to look after your loved ones.
From when you loose your loved one to the day they are layed to rest they are so kind and look after you all the way. We as a family have used the Co Op twice now and my mum has her Funeral all paid for and taken care of for when that sad day comes. Just knowing that my mums Funeral arrangements are all in hand is a big weight off my shoulders.
I highly recommend the Co Op Funeral.

From the first courtesy call advising my late husband was now safely in their care, step by step, compationate with helpful guidance, when required and always greatly respectful through to his final departure by Direct Cremation which was exactly appropriate for my late husband's wishes, also myself and our son.
