The Service provided by Gary and Tristan was amazing. The compassion and understanding shown by them both, at such an emotional and distressing time, helped us all get through the day. Everything went smoothly, planned to perfection, and exactly how I, my family and Barry wanted it. Gary was so kind and thought of every detail of the planning. Andrew was very helpful on the day and immediately after. Everything was done very promptly. Tim and the bearers had real presence and dignity. The funeral itself with the flowers, willow coffin and the matching Orders of Service was absolutely beautiful. Mum would have approved. Everything with her journey up here for burial went smoothly and in the tight time frame we wanted. Thank you so much to all of you.

After Mum passed away I contacted Gary at CO-OP funeral care in Redruth Cornwall on the same day as she passed away ,everything was explained to me with empathy and nothing was to much trouble and he took all the worry away and all the funeral arrangements went ahead with out any problems, an excellent service from start to finish.
