Both Ros and Gerry are so kind and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. 

Tim the Director at the funeral was also excellent. Very kind and patient. 

I have already paid for my own (bit  morbid, I know). Wouldn’t dream of using anyone else for my family or myself. 

Highly recommend them.

The service by Jerry and Ros at the funeral parlour in Newquay has been excellent, dealing with the programme, order of service, hymns, photos, etc. help with the selection of celibrant who was also excellent, and the flowers.

All done with professionalism and sympathy.

The team in the cars were also excellent.

Nothing was too much trouble. Prior to my Dad passing, he asked me to enquire about having his funeral in the Midlands. I duly contacted the Co-op for this information and my Dad was reassured that he would be looked after. Dad died at home and the family were all very moved at the Funeral Director walking in front of the vehicle as Dad left the property. Extremely respectful and very much appreciated by his loved ones. We would have no hesitation in recommending Co-op Funeralcare to anyone and must say that purchasing a Pre-payment Funeral Plan was a very shrewd move on my Dad's part. Many thanks to staff at Newquay and St. Austell and also for those at Co-op Funeralcare in Oxley, Wolverhampton. You are all amazing.

Ros, Rob and Gerry and all the funeral staff went way beyond and we’re all lovely, sincere and really helpful. I do not make these comments lightly as a general rule I have found other funeral directors extremely insincere and all about the money. I would highly recommend the Coop at Chester Road to everybody.

This is the second time in 2 years I have used the Coop funeral care service Newquay. Again Ross and her team did an amazing job. Communication brilliant and you don't need to worry they take that away for you. From day one to the end they have shown empathy respect and very professional.
