From the very first contact, Harry was so warming, calm and respectful. We discussed everything we wanted but with no pressure for the details we could add them when needed. We understood all that we needed to arrange and he was more than open throughout the arrangement period. On the day it couldn't have gone smoother, an absolutely beautiful send off made so stress free. And Harry was more than accommodating for any extra requests. Harry and his team are simply exceptional, nothing is too much trouble for them, they are so proactive and professional with arranging everything and dealt with us as a family with such compassion. They made everything so straightforward at such a painful time and for that we are so so grateful.
