From planning mum's funeral to carrying out her final wishes, Helen and the team at Camborne Co-op Funeral care made everything perfect. I never felt rushed to make decisions and my enquiries and requests were always promptly answered with compassion, respect and professionalism. On the day of the funeral everything went very smoothly and calmly. The team prepared the church for friends and family, arranged the collection of donations for charity and supported mum's chosen pallbearers to fulfil their role. The manner in which they carried out their duties was respectful and empathetic. I can not praise them enough and will be forever thankful.

On behalf of all my family, we could not fault them. Right from the start of arranging the funeral I was put at ease and the day was spectacular as it could be. When we arrived at the crematorium everything that was going to occur was explained. We asked if we could have the ashes back the next day and they went above and beyond to make that happen. It meant after we scattered them, my son was able to fly home with his family. We were very pleased with their service.

The help of Camborne Funeralcare was excellent at what was a very upsetting time for the family. We would like to thank Helen in the office who was very sincere and helpful and made the entire situation easy. We were kept informed at every stage. We would also like to thank Tim the funeral director on the day for his kind consideration for our wellbeing at the crematorium.

Good service and everyone I saw and spoke with were very kind and respectful especially Helen at Camborne funeral care.
One point Helen said that often funeral flowers delivered from a Hayle florist are dying and she has to remove the dead ones. I find this shocking and they do not deserve the contract ,also this is bad for your reputation.Helen was very impressed with the coffin spray I bought for dad from Flowers by Clowence
