From the moment I first made contact with the Emrys Morris team I knew I had chosen a good group of funeral directors.  Never having had to arrange a funeral before I was completely in the dark about what to do. I was lead through the procedure step by step. 
At our first meeting Mark Baker immediately put my mum and I at ease and explained everything sensitively and in full detail, what would happen and when, what we could expect from the Co-op Funeral Service and what he would expect from us. We came away with a clear picture of what the procedure would be and what the cost would be.  Mark’s manner and thoughtfulness made the whole distressing experience manageable for myself and my mum.
We were extremely pleased with the way the whole experience was handled, Mark made a very sad day bearable. The dignity and respect shown by every staff member was exemplary and we cannot thank the team enough for getting the whole family through the day.
We will certainly be using Emrys Morris again but, hopefully, not for a very long time.

Fantastic service from Mark and Toria at Emrys Morris, Abergele. Nothing is too much trouble and they take great care to ensure that everything is catered for, down to the smallest detail.

They go above and beyond and always kept me updated with progress every step of the way. Thank you for caring for my Mom and for helping to take some of the pressure off during this difficult time. I will be forever grateful.

The services we recieved for our Mother's Funeral were 2nd to none . From the 1st phone call we were treated with the utmost respect and compassion. I was on holiday when Mother passed and without the amazing services of Emerys Morris and Son I personally couldn't have coped . They were more than helpful and the funeral it's self was Lovely, they looked resplendent ,I can only highly recommend their services . This was the first time I had to arrange a Funeral and frankly I had no real idea on how to go about making arrangements. I knew what I wanted to do but how to make that happen was a blur. Mark and Joely were so professional, helpful and compassionate at such a difficult time they provided me with friendly and appropriate help which led to the perfect send off to someone I loved very much.
