Mark and his team were wonderful and made what could have been a harrowing ordeal much easier. A welcoming and calm atmosphere helped as we discussed arrangements. Mark was kind and considerate and listened to what we wanted and offered a few suggestions which made for a very smooth and rather lovely service hosted by the Celebrant he suggested "Rosie Gedling" who was just perfect and felt like she was part of the family. The communication throughout the whole process was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Very professional and always go above and beyond to provide families with support and a shoulder to cry on if needed.

I can honestly say without Mark and his team I don't think we'd have gotten through the last few weeks.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, we were welcomed everytime we came to see them all & we couldn't have asked for a more fitting send off for our Mum.
On the day Mark & the team even wore lilac ties to match the colour of the funeral, it was such a wonderful personal touch that showed how much they all went above & beyond to help us through such a difficult period.

Words can never fully do justice the kindness shown & how much we appreciated it.

Losing Mum was so sad and we were concerned how difficult the funeral arrangements might be.
We needn’t have worried – Mark, Joely and Toria all made us feel very welcome and were so professional and respectful of Mum, it was actually really lovely to arrange her day and give her a beautiful send off.
Mark also put us in touch with a wonderful celebrant - Sally-Anne Ringer - who made the day perfect.
I miss my mum but I will always remember the wonderful day we said goodbye.

Sadly this is the third occasion I have uses Emrys Morris services.
They provide the most compassionate, professional & friendly service.
Nothing is too much. They offer a large range of services but never at any point are they trying to push any sales. They just offer great advice & make you aware of what they can offer you to help you at your most vulnerable time.
I can not speak highly enough of them.

Toria and Mark were very welcoming and helpful. It was a direct cremation because that was what he wanted but they still made us feel valued customers

From start to finish , everything for my dad was handled with the utmost respect and dignity. We can’t fault the service all round from Mark and Toria and his other receptionist (who actually lived near my dad, I’m sorry, I don’t recall her name ).
You rarely meet such nice people today and at such a terribly sad time , those qualities are certainly needed and they didn’t disappoint.  
Both my Mum and Dad have been served now by Mark and his colleagues and we can’t thank you enough , for everything you did for us.   Thank You all.
