As usual the services of Richard and all the staff at Roberts Bros was second to none. 
From first contact after mum's death until the end of the funeral both mum and the rest of the family were treated with care and dignity at all times.
The weather on the day of the funeral was bad to say the least but the quiet confidence of the staff made sure everything went exactly as we wanted.

The funeral arrangements were organised in an extremely professional manner with assistance being offered at every stage.

Roberts brothers have been known to me for about 16 years and I have dealt with them on a professional level on a number of occasions. 
As a family we had discussed who we would use when the time comes and it was my dads wish that we would use Roberts brothers. From start to finish we were made to feel that dad would be looked after and at no point were we left disappointed. I really cannot thank them enough for giving dad the send off he deserved! From the moment I rang Phillip Roberts at 4AM, to the final goodbye to our father, the Roberts Brothers and their supporting team were marvellous. 

Nothing was too much trouble, they understood what we were going through as a family, and were there when we needed them and they guided us through the processes very well.

I have personally dealt with funeral directors before in Birmingham and Hertfordshire.
They are all good they have to be but Robert Bros were the best ive ever dealt with. Richard was so calm caring and proffesional i cannot fault them as a company. I only wish they were based in Birmingham.
