Everything and everyone pulled together nicely, so it all flowed well with no problems.
We had a bikers funeral and he was able to have a bike and sidecar hearse, which was a lovely touch.
Everyone said my husband had a good send off.

I am delighted to be able to express my thanks to Suzanne and her wonderful team at E Clarke Funeral Care in Wrexham. From initial contact right through to the funeral itself ,everything was impeccably organised and handled with great thought ,reverence and care for me and my family. I was continually updated by e-mail and telephone throughout as to progress and I knew from very early on that my Mum and my family were in good hands. I cannot tell you how comforting and reassuring that was .A rating of excellent should not be given lightly and only if everything was perfectly accomplished and it was .E Clarke and Coop Funeral care should be proud to have such a wonderful staff where advice and care was so freely and patiently given and everything completed to the highest professional standards. all my best regards and thank you everyone once again .Rob Jones

Clarke's funeral directors were superb and made organising such a sad event more bearable. Lisa in the office went out of her way to help and every single one of our requests was actioned really quickly and efficiently. On the day of the funeral Kelly looked after us exceptionally well and with sensitivity. The funeral was conducted in a dignified, respectful and friendly manner with a lot of care taken of us all.

It is very important that, at a time of great emotional distress and sadness, there needs to be compassion, and an understanding of what can be very individual requirements. This is especially so at the moment under the Covid-19 restrictions. As a non-religious customer I found the service provided by the firm to be first rate. In particular I would like to thank you for the services of the celebrant, Mr Robert Parry.

Excellent service throughout. Cannot fault the way we were treated. Lisa was very thorough and efficient and also patient with me. We then transferred down to Deeside and into the care of Chris who was marvellous. Such a nice fellow and meticulous in every way. I felt totally at ease with the way he treated my brother. His dignity was paramount and that meant a lot to me. Thanks to all the staff for your care.
