As this was the saddest time in our lives, I have to say the way Chloe and Gregg handled the removal of my dad from the house it was done with the upmost respect.
Chloe had the patience of a saint with us during the arranging of the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was always just a phonecall away. The celebrant that was recommended by Chloe was perfect and could not have presented a more fitting tribute if he tried.
On the day of the funeral Chloe explained the sequence of how things would go.
The respect they showed my dad on the day of the funeral was appreciated so much by the whole family.
We had a 10/10 service from start to finish and will always be grateful for the amazing send of my dad had.

I took out the funeral plan 13 years ago and it was such a relief not having to make arrangements when my brother did pass away Everything taken care of. The  burial service was perfect and we had  so many nice comments afterwards. All the staff involved were excellent. Thank you from the whole family.

Everything from the onset was very sensitively and professionally handled. George came to take Mum to the chapel of rest and his gesture of leaving a family photo on the bed deserves a special mention - so thoughtful. As my Mum had her funeral plan with the coop, this made my task far easier than it might have been. Many decisions were already made for me. Arlene talked me through what was still to be done in a pleasant and helpful manner and kept me well informed throughout the days leading up to the funeral. She also did a grand job with the Order of Service, even managing to incorporate a hand written piece on the back. Chloe and her teams efficiency on the day of the funeral was perfection, which made for a calm and relaxed atmosphere for the family. I would have no qualms in recommending the coop’s funeral service to anyone. Thank you all.

I was happy with how it all went.
My only complaint is I was asked if I wanted my mums ashes and I said yes. Since I had said I lived in the West Midlands, I naively thought they would be given to me on the day. I stood waiting and, when someone told me it didn't work like that, I asked. I have not been given any idea of when the ashes will be available. Its been three days now. I'm back home and will need to get someone to come and get them. Its not urgent. I was just unaware that it took so long. Will I be contacted when the ashes are in Alloa? I have a friend who will pick them up for me.
