Coop Funeralcare Alloa were fantastic in all respects. Chloe, Iona and the team were very helpful and compassionate, organising a lovely service for my Mother. The drivers were considerate, and the coffin and flowers were beautifully done. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Very pleased with the end result and the overall process. Iona from the Alloa branch looked after us and was great throughout.
The only area for some constructive feedback was at the end of the service. The family were invited to exit first but with no direction as to where to go etc. It felt a bit unorganised as a sort of dishevelled queue formed and some people were able to leave without us having the opportunity to thank them.
Please take that as a small point to note as we were overall very happy with the service provided.

I would like to take this opportunity to commend the services provided by the Co-operative Funeralcare, Sunnyside Road, Alloa during the recent death of my mother.

From my first contact with them, their representative Iona was the epitome of professionalism. She explained everything in terms that were easily understood and guided me through a process that can be emotionally traumatic at times.

Nothing was too much trouble for her and the entire package could not be faulted, resulting in a smooth dignified funeral as my mum had wished for. She had a funeral plan with the Co-op and this also helped to smooth the process for myself and my brother.

Excellent personal service delivered with highly professional approach.
