Both Fiona and George were very professional. They listened to my requests and were able to provide the services that I desired. As far as I remember there were no issues that were not satisfactorily resolved, this was throughout the whole process.
I was more than pleased with both of them and would no hesitate in using their services again or recommending them to others.

Fiona gave excellent service making sure everything was as we wanted it , also checking in on numerous occasions  to  make sure I was ok. Fiona and Arlene and staff in my opinion went above and beyond to give excellent service at a time  when you are at your most vulnerable and their attention to detail was second to none .  Would must definitely recommend Coop Funeral  Care .

From our first meeting with Arlene who guided us through the process and listened to our wishes to Fiona who accompanied my father on his journey to the crematorium, the service we received was amazing. 

All staff were courteous, thoughtful and respectful and their attention to detail was second to none.

Arlene and George made everything very easy from the start as you could imagine myself and my wife were dreading making arrangements for our sons funeral but they took care of everything we asked for including the Harley Davidson motorbike with hearse and everything went smoothly on the day of the funeral so thanks again Arlene and George and everybody else who was involved in the funeral

George the Funeral Director and all of his colleagues at Co-op Alloa were extremely helpful, courteous, attentive and prompt in dealing with all aspects of our Mum's recent funeral. Everything went extremely smoothly and all details were taken care of proactively and in a timely manner, from our initial meeting right through to the funeral itself, and finalisation of details afterwards. An extremely professional organisation, we would highly recommend that anyone who is in the unfortunate position to have to arrange a funeral contact George and his team, you will be well looked after throughout. Arranging a funeral is an emotional and stressful time. Chloe, our funeral director was personable, compassionate and eased all the stress over the days up to the funeral and on the day itself.

Everything was done to our satisfaction apart from 2 things out with cooperative in Alloa's control. These being type of coffin not being available and having to wait so long 23 days for the funeral.

Only other issue just for some feedback, we did not know there was a screen at Stirling Crematorium which had mum's name displayed, we probably would have had her picture as well.

All staff excellent to deal with.

Chloe, George, Fiona and the team at Alloa were super efficient. I felt confident leaving my mother in their care and when it came to the funeral service date they really helped with the funeral arrangements, ensuring a date prior to 18th Feb was achieved.
