Pleasant staff. Dignified on the whole. I felt that they were up-selling services at times though which I considered insensitive. I’d be happy to give more details verbally if this is required.

Hello everyone especially Joe and Clare thank you for your very professional services for Patty and for bgiving us Lynne for the service. You were brilliant and gave us as a family all the information we needed in good time to make decisions on the service. As a large family and for the number of people attending the service I never heard a bad complaint about any of the arrangements and advice we received from the day Patty died us picking up her ashes from Bewsey. As a family we appreciate everything you all did and thank you for your help and sympathy. Thanks agin for everything.

I chose The Co op for my husband's funeral because I was very pleased with their service when I arranged my dads funeral at Birchington , Kent . All at the Stockton Heath branch lived up to my expectations, specially Claire our first contact , professional but also very kind and caring , she is extremely well suited to her role , Joe was also very helpful and guided us through from beginning to end in the most respectful and caring way , as did the team on the day . Their recommended Celebrant Malcolm was wonderful and James the piper exactly right . We simply couldn't have wished for better and thoroughly recommend Co op Funeral Services .Many thanks to all.

My main contact was Clare. Clare was so very kind with a very caring attitude and made both myself and my daughter very comfortable.  On every occasion we spoke to her she understood what we were saying and assisted very confidently.  We did speak to other members of staff and of course on the day of the funeral other staff members were very experienced and made us all feel less distressed knowing your very good reputation.

Thank you for meeting our rquirements for our Fathers funeral which was conducted in the manner that he would have approved. Helpful and sensitive staff in all areas. The celebrant was really good in portraying our dads personality and potted history of his life in a celebratory way.
