Helen is a beautiful lady inside and out. Went out of her way to help me for my Dad. I didn't have a clue what I was supposed to do. Helen did it all. She is an amazing lady. Her funeral home is so welcoming and relaxing, very calming atmosphere. Her beautiful daughter is a credit to her, so loving young lady. We appointment Helen Horne at a very difficult time for our family. They were extremely helpful from first contact, right through to the end of the process. Every step of the process was carefully planned and carried out with the most amazing professionalism. Amelia, Helen’s daughter, is the manager of Digital Marketing for the company and runs the office daily. Helen's husband and son also work part time in the funeral home, alongside a dedicated and professional staff. The team regularly hold events and fundraisers that benefit the local community.

    Helen is very intuitive, caring, supportive and professional. She was with us every step of the way. Dad was treated with dignity and all the team made our last goodbye very special, thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

    Helen was fantastic from start to finish.  She was lovely, compassionate and attentive.

    We wanted a very simple experience with no limousines, embalming, etc. We wanted a cardboard coffin and it was super important to us that it was manufactured in the UK and NOT China.  This was no problem for Helen whereas the 3 other funeral directors we spoke to were inflexible working with a fixed package and £200 supplement for a cardboard coffin manufactured in China. Helen was very flexible and went out of her way to help us build a bespoke funeral for dad.

    Thank you Helen for making dad’s funeral a wonderful experience.  

    I think he would have been very happy.

    Helen Horne was fantastic she was avaiable 24hrs a day I can not fault anything Helen took a lot of weight of me and my family I would recommend Helen nothing was to much trouble she went above and beyond Helen is a angel in disguise thankyou Helen from the bottom of our hearts
