Throughout the whole process, from first call to collecting Dad's ashes, everyone I spoke with seemed committed to making everything as simple as possible. Jamima was fantastic - she kept me fully informed, helped me with difficult decisions & was incredibly supportive. I'm incredibly grateful to the whole team, and especially to Jamima.

Thank you for the brilliant job you did with mum's funeral. I know we had some slightly unusual requirements and I was impressed with your diligence and efficiency in organising everything in conjunction with my sister. We were very appreciative of you also being able to fit in dad's interment. Your professionalism and direction during the day was most helpful and made everything run smoothly. The service booklets were also of a very high standard!

We were treated with sensitivity and professionalism during the planning of the funeral. Derek and all other staff in Warrington were very kind and nothing was too much trouble for them.
