From the initial call and meeting with Jemma we felt comfortable and at ease. We had a following discussion with Claire who explained various options and we eventually agreed on a plan. The funeral took place as planned with reverence and attention to detail. A very professional service from all at Co-op Funeral care. Thank you.

Claire at Bewsey Road Co-op funeral services was brilliant on myself and my sister's initial visit in October. She went through everything with us and was very reassuring. However, when she went off sick the service myself and my family received went down-hill. There was obviously no communication between staff as my mother and brother went in to see Sharon to finalise the service and Derek kept ringing members of my family asking what we wanted, he was so disorganised bearing in mind the sensitivity of the situation, he showed no regard or compassion towards the situation, and it was evident he hadn't spoken to Claire or Sharon regarding arrangements. We were left worried that on the day of the funeral would it all run smoothly. Derek even rang two days before to ask whether it was a burial?!

The invoice we have recently received was also incorrect, things were added that we did not order, such as a limousine and we are still awaiting the amended, correct invoice.
I would not recommend co-op services because although at first, we felt assured we would get the right service for our sister Antonia it was not a great experience at all. It's a business and no compassion was showed by certain members of the team.

Staff helped make the worst day of my life a lot easier giving my Mum the send off she wanted. Mum had arranged her funeral months before her passing  and every request was carried out with care compassion and precision  even down to placing the lovely pink ribbons on each of the funeral cars and staff who wore pink ties and cravat as requested by Dorothy. Mums funeral was carried out professionally and with great respect and can’t thank the staff enough including Clair who was ‘my angel’ and looked after me throughout keeping in regular contact with us . Our celebrant John conducted a beautiful and memorable service and his words of wisdom and advice held me up on the day- I am forever grateful John.

The family can’t thank you all enough .

Sharon and Claire were so kind and supportive. Sharon helped us through the whole process of my Father's funeral. Graig the celebrate was so very helpful and supportive.
