I can't praise the funeral director and all the staff highly enough for arranging my sister's funeral. Barry was respectful and caring and helped us every step of the way taking the stress away from us as we made arrangements. The day itself ran smoothly and was highly professional, we were supported and shown kindness at a very difficult time.

The horses and carriage were absolutely beautiful!!! 
The coffin I chose and the engravings I asked for were just perfect. 
They accommodated my requests to see dad every day. 
The people were lovely who I dealt with.

Having trusted my father's funeral to the Co-op seven years ago I decided to repeat the process for my mother. I was not disappointed. Support was there as and when required without bureaucratic meddling. Also the last-minute checking just before the funeral was much appreciated. Thank you Clair and the Co-op.
