There was a lack of professionalism from the start. We didn’t feel that things were explained properly to us and had to question a number of things. The staff on the funeral day were very good but we were very shocked when we went to. Collect the ashes to receive them in a cardboard box and not a wooden box as we thought. Apparently the lady dealing with us forgot to ask us what we wanted. Such as shame as we have used the Co-op before and been really happy. The manager is looking into our complaint.

Excellent service. Jamima was caring, friendly & professional at all times.
The funeral was well organised and no problems on the day. Mum had a wonderful send off and nothing was too much trouble from all the staff. 
All the staff were very respectful and talked the family pall bearers through what they needed to do. 
I highly recommend the Co-op funeral services.
