The care and support we received was brilliant, they took time to talk to us and give us the best advice under the circumstances. They looked after my father whilst he was with them. They listened to our and my fathers wishes to give him the best send off he would have wanted.

Wonderful, attentive service from Start to Finish. We were treated with the greatest respect and wish to send our thanks to the whole team for such a dignified service.

Couldn't fault any of the staff at the funeral home. Especially Joe, he has been amazing and made the day so much easier. He stayed in touch throughout the process, amazing man and a credit to the company. However I was very disappointed with the female manager who left a message with the young man working there. I found her very dismissive of what we were going through. To leave a message saying payment needed to be made or the funeral would be cancelled was extremely upsetting. Especially when I had discussed that the bank had frozen my mum account. There is ways to deal with this and her way was unprofessional.
