We chose Hayes  Funeralcare Barnton for my father’s cremation on the 1/8/2022 
The planning started with a home visit from Rob, which was much appreciated as my mum at 91 years has mobility issues.

Rob and the team handled all of the arrangements for the crematorium including the coffin, the celebrant, the ceremony leaflets and flowers.

Everything went really well on the day and my family were very pleased with all the help and support we received throughout.

Everyone I dealt with was kind and caring. Nothing was too much trouble and ‘direct cremation’ and collection of ashes all handled in a compassionate way. Particular thanks to Rachel.

They were very sensitive and supportive, contacting me regularly to check if there was anything else they could do to help.
They took all my concerns and considerations to account and followed what I wanted exactly. The celebrant they contacted for me was perfect and made the service a unique and personal as I wanted. Can't recommend them more highly. Thank you to all the staff for making mum's service perfect.

My Mum had taken out a policy with the Coop, and we were expecting to use the services from the Winsford office, however, fate intervened and we were redirected to Barnton. In what was a very sad period they led us through the process with kindness and empathy. Nothing was too much trouble. I want to give three special mentions to Clare, Rachel and also to Rob. You went above and beyond at all times. Thank you so much. We wouldn't hesitate to use recommend your services to others, but hopefully we won't need to too soon.

Cannot thank the lady enough who accompanied us with the funeral card as she combined both care and comfort to us all . All of their people were so good it made a difficult occasion a seamless one . Brilliant service, could not have been better. Compassion second to none, all staff so nice. Rachel and Claire were wonderful. Staff at crematorium most caring. Special thanks to Joy, celebrant, who turned my notes into a wonderful eulogy. I wanted the service to be a celebration of my wife’s life which she did beautifully. A few tears shed by myself and other mourners which was really moving. Everyone has said that it was such a nice service. Thank you

The office staff were helpful & supportive. They were also tolerant of different family members calling with queries.

On the day Alison was very, very professional but also understanding and the drivers etc., supportive & discreet.

Only problem is that we were unaware that once family members could not face carrying Mum into church that she would be 'wheeled' down the aisle on the trolley. We might have reconsidered if we had known that detail.

From the initial phone call until the completion this service by hayes was 'wonderful'. Clare an Rachel sorted everything perfectly, the photo tribute was lovely. The flowers were beautiful and we were looked after on the day which took away some of the stress . Thank you everyone at hayes for an excellent service.

We were very impressed with the services we received. From the staff at the funeral home to the funeral personnel which escorted us from mums house to the crematorium and wake. All treating us with the utmost respect. 
We were pleasantly surprised  by the funeral director walking in front of the hearse until reaching the main road and bowing to mum before he got in. And also bowing when going in the crematorium and before we left the service.

Absolutely brilliant... Rachel, who dealt with us was very professional and knowledgable ...she really helped us with our grief and made this very sad time on our lives a lot easier to deal with.
She explained every part of funeral, service, costs and procedures..My husbands funeral was more bearable because of how we were made to feel at ease in totally unchartered territory. So glad we chose Hayes Funeral Services
