The staff at High Street, Macclesfield were excellent. They provided advice and support during a difficult time. They kept us informed of what was happening and what needed to be done. Checking in on us to make sure we were okay and did we need any help. A very professional service which is needed in these circumstances.

I would like to say that Joanne was so understanding and helpful at this very stressful time, and kept us updated throughout process, going the extra mile to make calls on our behalf in order to meet the very tight deadline for the funeral date we had chosen. Also a big thank you to Lorraine & all the staff on the day of the funeral.

Hard to know where to start - but if you nominate people for awards for their professionalism and committment then I’d like you to nominate Lorraine at the Macclesfield Branch who went above and beyond . She was absolutely fantastic and kept us on track through a terrible storm that started just as they arrived at mums house . It was torrential . She was incredible and we were in awe . Please nominate her or very least mention her in your news letters . Joanne also was great and guided me and my family through a very difficult time . You have very special people working for you .

Our funeral director Lorraine and all the staff at the funeral home were caring, reassuring, efficient and professional. Despite my inexperience at this sort of thing and having to arrange it all over the phone and e-mail, Lorraine found us a perfect celebrant, recommended an excellent venue and produced a lovely secular service that was exactly what the family wanted and needed.
