The Co-op were wonderful !

Dad took out a funeral plan with you in 2005 - everything listed as included was delivered to the letter.
Considering the Co-op is a national company, their service is like dealing with a local family business.
Everyone we dealt with was so friendly and helpful at the High Street Macclesfield branch.
Joanne talked us through the process and appointed a celebrant, Lucy, who visited us at home and listened to a brief history of dad’s life from which she put together a concise eulogy which she delivered beautifully on the day of the funeral.
The service was perfect in every way- it was nice and short and just as dad would have liked.
Lorraine guided us through the service with a lovely manner and the male attendants were equally friendly and helpful.
Thank you to you all for the help and care you showed us.
I would recommend the Co-op to anyone dealing with a bereavement.

Joanne was so welcoming when we arranged my Dads funeral. Didn’t rush us and answered all questions we had. Kept us informed at every point.
