Fantastic service offered by Co-op Funeralcare in Broken Cross in Macclesfield. The ladies were very professional and caring and made the whole funeral process so smooth. They kept me updated every step of the way, from collecting my mum to making sure I was ok the day before the funeral, then their support on the funeral day was outstanding. Thank you so much for the service offered, it took alot of pressure off during difficult times.

From initial contact until after the funeral, the staff were professional, kind and very helpful. The arrangements were executed exactly to plan and the funeral went smoothly.

Tracey , Julie and Alison were all kind, compassionate and attentive.
Thank you to Rob, who stepped in at the last minute to oversee mums funeral day.
My only negative was that we didn't understand fully that mum wasn't going to stay at Broken Cross, which was all our wishes.

I cannot thank Tracey and Alison enough for the care they took of Shelley, the compassion they showed to myself and Kerry and especially to Shelley’s children, Kyle and Katie. They (in our opinion) went far and above their duty of care. Nothing was too much trouble and the little extra touches (like all wearing yellow ties) was very much appreciated. They ensured for us a trouble free experience of such a devastating loss for the family. We are forever grateful that Tracey and Alison took such great care of Shelley and our family.

Wow what can I say , they help me and dad out with the laying to rest of my late mother , they were both sincere and very helpful with the planning and sorting of mum's special day , nothing was to much for them they deatiled all the options and made if very easy I would highly recommend the team a broken cross

From start to finish they provided all the support we needed. The bereaved must often be overcome by emotion and organising the funeral is hard, so having a team to direct you through the process and to help you make the decisions as and when they are needed is invaluable.
