I could not fault the service of the Co-op in Broken Cross. They were amazing from the very first contact right through to the end of the funeral. All staff are incredible. They showed the utmost care, dignity and respect at all times for both myself and my deceased mother. They made a very difficult process easier to cope with, and for that I will always be very grateful.

We chose Broken Cross Co Op to arrange Mum’s funeral by chance , and I am so glad we did . They were so efficient and caring, and we were shown all the options and we were helped with our decisions. We had so much flexibility which was so welcome . The attention to detail and personal touches and the way we were treated was excellent. The order of service were lovely and the photos we provided came out so well . We were paired with a lovely celebrant who understood what we wanted and delivered the service perfectly. All in all a very sad time was made easier . I would completely recommend them .
