S.Rigbys' were brilliant from initial contact right through until after our Fathers funeral. They took Dad into their care with full respect and dignity. They organised all aspects of the funeral so that everything went smoothly on his day in St.Johns church and afterwards at Walton Crematorium.Special thanks to Louise and Ray who were our points of contact throughout and were always on hand for advice and comfort.

Ray and his lovely team were wonderful. Right from the first phone call and meeting. They treated my late wife with the care and dignity she deserved. The care and compassion they showed to us, Doreens grieving family, was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Whatever we asked of them.
They were meticulous and thoughtful, and everything went smoothly and beautifully on the day of the funeral. All of this, made our grief easier to bare that day.
We knew we would receive excellent service from S Rigbys but they excelled our expectations.

My Grandma, my Mother and now my Father have all been laid to rest using Rigby's. I simply cannot commend them enough for their compassion, understanding, flexibility, attention to detail and dignity shown. You can trust that everything happens in the way they tell you. They clearly explain the process during the days preceding the funeral. On the actual day again they ensure you do not need to worry about anything save for celebrating the life of your loved one. Absolutely outstanding over all three funerals that were almost 30 years apart. That shows that the level of professionalism is part of their DNA. Thank You for everything.
