From the moment we contacted the team, we were treated with compassion and care. We had some issues with the coroners office, however the team still ensured the funeral went as planned despite the tight deadline. I cannot thank them enough for their professional service and personal touch. The service went as planned and the order of service was excellently produced. Thank you

I used S Rigbys  for my beautiful wife Cathy’s funeral  and I could have not chosen anyone any better , from the first time I walked in and spoke to Ray I felt I’d chosen the right place he was so helpful and took all the pressure right off me  by the time we had finished the arrangements I felt  I had  known Ray all my life what a loverly caring man he is and looked after all my family and friends when the come to pay their respects I’d also like to mention Louise in the office was also amazing , So thank you very much to everyone at Rigbys you made caths send off very special

It's bitter sweet to leave this review as it means I've used the services of Rigby's funeral home recently. This is the case, my beautiful mother passed recently and to be honest I never had any doubt in my mind who I was going to use to take care of her. Rigby's are without doubt a truly special funeral directors, Ray and his team will look after your loved one with care, compassion and true professionalism. They make this very sad time of anyone's life a truly memorable farewell, they will be there for you whatever your circumstances and help you through the whole process.

We used this funerals directors most recently for my mums funeral and they were brilliant. We have used them a few times in the past and remembered us. From the first contact we had with Ray, he made us feel at ease and was very welcoming. He kept us up to date with everything and got the funeral ASAP which we requested. On the day of the funeral, Ray was amazing. He was professional but friendly and caring at the same time, and all round lovely person. Would highly recommend anyone to go with this funeral directors.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very quick to attend to my mum on the day. Contacted by Ray on Monday to discuss how to proceed, he was really lovely at our meeting and explained everything to us. Kept us updated every step of the way, couldn’t ask for anything better. Would defo recommend this company
