Sharon, Ray and the team at Rigby’s took great care of us as a family at such a difficult time. Nothing was to much trouble for them , they did everything we asked to ensure the  send off for our beautiful mum was just perfect. Can’t thank them enough.

Our funeral director Sharon has been amazing through this very sad time.
She made us feel like my father was important to her and that he would be well cared for, on this last bit of his journey, by herself and also by the rest of the team at Rigbys.
She gave great advice, listened to our many stories about Dad and she laughed with myself and my son on a day that we didn't expect to laugh on.
We were both very grateful for that more personal touch, it made organising what Dad wanted easier and we left feeling positive that we had picked the right people to look after him.
Dad didn't want a formal funeral, he had a direct cremation, and a few days after she called just to check on us. It was unexpected but I really appreciated that.
We had gone in to book Dads cremation feeling very sad and worried but we left feeling like Sharon was a friendly face that we could trust my Dad with.
I would 100% recommend them.
Very professional but also very caring.
Sharon (and chicken little too! lol) Thank you.
You really helped to make a difficult time a lot easier to cope with. Xx

The staff at Rigby’s really helped our family deal with the loss of our dear father. They were very professional and thorough, but at all times sensitive and understanding to the situation.

It was a great pleasure to use S Rigby Funeralcare, the service and communication was excellent. Every request I had was completely full filled by the team, I can’t thank them enough for making this sad time a lot easier to deal and come to terms with. 
Claire is an absolute credit to you, I don’t know how I would of got through this sad experience without her, she was outstanding, so helpful and understanding she was absolutely amazing, I can’t thank her enough.
Sharon in the office was most helpful with any quires or questions that I had she was always there to help and offer her assistance, she made situations a lot easier to deal with. 
The whole team on the day of Andrew’s funeral were so, so considerate, they looked after us 100% and I really can’t thank them enough. They looked after me and my family throughout the whole sad experience and we’re by our side the throughput the whole funeral giving us complete support and guidance. 
Carmel the celebrant was wonderful, she is such a beautiful, wonderful, calming person who delivered the service fantastically, she offered help and comforting throughout, again I can’t thank her enough too. 
The whole team made a very sad situation a lot easier to cope with for both me and my family and I don’t know how I would of got through it without there help, care, compassion and commitment.

Our family cannot thank the team at Rigbys enough for the help and support in arranging our Dads funeral. From just listening to what we wanted to literally walking us through step by step what would happen on the day itself. They made the day so much more manageable both physically and mentally. My Beloved Father's funeral, was handled professionally, and with great dignity, by all members of staff, as I especially spoke with Sharon, Ray and Joe, throughout the entire process, as they comforted and guided myself, through every aspect of the funeral arrangements. I felt at ease talking to them all, in such sad circumstances. I even corresponded with the Celebrant Carmel, while she was putting togther the order of service, which she did also and excellent job of putting into words my Father's varied life. I was able to see my Father for a few days prior to his funeral, which gave me a great deal of comfort. So I have rated the service I received from Rigby's Funeral care as 5 star excellent. I have no quarms about rating them as such. I would like to say a big heartfelt thankyou to all at Rigby's, for their dedication in looking after my Father and our interests as a family in such sad times.

The funeral was handled with the utmost respect and empathy. All our wishes were carried out and we were kept informed of what was happening at all times.

Would of got Excellent,only that Celebrant was not notified until a couple of days before funeral. Ray Jones was very professional and has a caring manner he suggested some lovely touch which i was very please about.
