Well what can I say, I cant thank Sharon and Ray and the team at S. Rigbys. They both went above & beyond for all of us. Nothing was ever a problem and all our thoughts and wishes for my Grandma’s funeral were accommodated with no issues raised. From the minute you walked in your greeted with a smile and open arms for plenty of hugs, you are treated like one of the family and were able to talk and even laugh. Nothing was rushed, everyone had time for you and it made my Grandma’s special day so warming and so sparkly. I couldn’t recommended a better funeral directors than S.Rigby. So professional but yet so lovely. Thank you so much for making my nan feel like the most important lady in your care as well as the hand cast and putting a bit sparkle back into our lives at this sad time.

I would not hesitate in using Rigbys funeral care. They are so caring, helpful and respectful. Ray and Sharon were also so helpful in providing advice and books on how to help my children cope with the loss of their dad.
Rigbys did everything they could to give my late husband the best 'send-off ', we could have asked for, and I will always be grateful to them for the help and advice we received.

Having lost Mum back in May, to then lose Dad in December was devastating for our family.  Ray and the team had been a massive support to us with Mum and were our only choice to support us with Dad.  

The care, respect and love shown to us helped us massively throughout this challenging process.  We honestly couldn’t have done it without them.  Special thanks to Ray and Sharon who were always there when we needed them and to the team for the respect and dignity shown to our dear Dad.
