Staff were polite ,courteous and professional and respectful both in the office and on the day
On the day the funeral director , Claire and her team was sensitive to the families needs and there was no sense of rush.

The funeral was as we wanted it and we felt it captured the message we wanted to convey

Faultless service again from Sandra in the office who made sure that everything was covered. Stephen Artus provided a wonderful eulogy and performed a wonderful service at the Crematorium Chapel. The funeral bearers were extremely respectful and went out of their way to help me to lay Glynis's flowers on my nan and grandad's grave. All of this done during one of the hottest days where recorded.

Co-op funeral care has been more than helpful organising my mother's recent funeral. They made the whole process much easier than I expected and did this with compassion and empathy. I was kept informed throughout and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend them to anyone who has the difficult task of arranging a funeral for a loved one.
