Sandra and the team at Co-op funeral care in Widnes were all brilliant. It is a very hard thing to do going in to arrange the funeral of a loved one, even more so when it is your partner. 

Sandra was understanding and took her time to ensure I was fully able to make sure the funeral was exactly how my partner would have wanted it. Nothing was too much and she went above and beyond to make sure the funeral and all the planning up until the day went smoothly. 

It made dealing with the death of my partner a little easier to manage knowing he was in the best care with her and the team at Widnes.

Everyone was so caring and supportive. They listened to everything and helped us at a very difficult time. They kept in touch and informed us of every process to make sure everything ran smoothly.
On the day again the staff where so supportive we couldn’t have wished for a better send off for my Aunt. Thank you to Sandra especially for her patience and understanding.

Outstanding service which was provided by Sandra Kerr. She went over and above to do everything in her power to make my mum's final farewell perfect in every way. She arranged everything from dealing with the Parish Office/Priest for my mum's Requiem Mass, staying late the evening before my mum's funeral to enable us to have The Rosary in the Chapel, liaising with the Crematorium, ordering the Order of Service and Prayer Cards, the list is endless.... Nothing was too much trouble. She is such a wonderful lady, I will never forget her compassion, support and genuine sympathy towards me/our family. The day of my mum's funeral was seamless, it couldn't have gone better, Clair was outstanding, so very lovely, so understanding, very professional. An amazing team which I can't rate highly enough. Thank you all from the bottom of my heavy heart for all you did for my wonderful mum and giving her the final farewell so she deserved. God bless you all X

The service received was exceptional. Sharon and Tanya showed us a lot of empathy and care. I received good advice and I was kept up to date at all times with procedures which made the whole experience more bearable. Stuart the Director was also very empathetic and professional.
