Can't praise highly enough the care and empathy shown to our family from Claire, Sarah and Liz at such an emotional time. Their professionalism and attention to detail ensured that our Mums funeral went without a hitch and they kept us informed right the way through.
We were very grateful for how well they looked after us (and Mum) from beginning to end and would definitely recommend their services.

Thank you are two small words and they can't convey the gratitude we have for everything you did for us for Mum’s funeral. From the initial phone call and when Mum was taken from my house into your care, we knew she was in good hands. You have all been so kind and caring and you took great care of Mum and treated her with such dignity and respect.

At such a difficult and emotional time you made things so much easier to bear and we are truly grateful.

This is the text of an email already sent to Little Sutton and the Celebrant:

Dear Claire, Margaret, Sarah, Liz, Kev and Jed

Just a quick note on behalf of the family and friends, but particularly from me and Kim, to thank you for your absolutely sensational services in dealing with the above. Every single aspect of what you have done has been faultless, every word you have uttered either before or at or after the funeral has been perfect.

We have now watched the recording of the funeral and feel that we gave Jean just the sort of send-off she would have wanted despite my attempt at waking the dead when I patted her coffin at the end of the eulogy – I must've caught it with my ring as you can clearly hear the noise on the recording!

Margaret – you have totally and utterly changed my views on Celebrants. I thought your conduct of the service was simply perfect – heartfelt and sincere.

Claire – likewise you couldn't have been more helpful and I thought our couple of hours with you arranging everything was little less than hilarious. It was just the sort of meeting we needed at that time which could have been terribly gloomy. Kim and I will be in to see you in the near future for another one of those hilarious chats while we sort out our own funeral is with you – I have the Red Ensign already! I understand Tracey will also be entity due course.

Sarah, Liz, Kevin and Jed – thank you so much for the incredibly dignified manner in which you carried out your duties at the funeral. It makes such a huge difference when there are smart competent friendly and efficient people dealing with things – sadly that seems to be quite a rare thing these days.

Kim and I truly hope that you are all around in years to come to give us the same fantastic send of his you gave Jean – you're all hired!

From the initial call where I explained that I live in the United States and that I only had a very short window to carry out my late mother’s wishes.
The entire group of Claire Liz and Sarah from the Little Sutton co-op funeral home have gone way beyond and above anything that I could have imagined possible with my time constraints.
They not only arrange the funeral and cremation, they also were able to arrange for the interment of my mother so she could be at rest with my father and her mother.
I cannot truly express my gratitude and thanks to the entire group for being the shining light during some of the darkest times.

I was very happy with the whole service provided especially as it was during a difficult patch with covid infections, staff absence and also during Christmas and New year. Customer service and communication before the funeral was excellent. I must commend Claire for her hard work and making the process as easy as possible for all involved. The help we received on the day of the funeral was fantastic and the family are really appreciative. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Over all we are very pleased with the whole service and would highly recommend you to others in the future.

Claire & the team, have been excellent, at caring & supporting us as a family during our bereavement & helping make the funeral arrangements for Keith.
