The Co-op Funeralcare in Crewe were excellent throughout the whole process. We got very good advice on planning the funeral and on the day their Funeral Director was wonderful in her support and in her calming of our family’s nerves. Would always use them again

Everyone at Co-op Crewe where so lovely and very helpful and guided us every step of the way. The funeral was very smooth and the team couldn’t have done any more.
They recommended the Celebrant Alison Long who was so lovely and the service she did for us was just perfect and we cannot thank her enough.

During this difficult time for me and my family i relied heavily on the Co-op funeral services to ensure i gave my loved ones a dignified passing. The Co-op provided a thoroughly professional, very friendly and empathetic service to me and my family. With my mother passing 8 days after my father the Co-op staff proved to be extremely adaptable ensuring both could share the same final service - this was a great comfort to the family. I am most grateful for the dignified and friendly service they supplied.

This is the second funeral that Sharon McTasney arranged for us. Our parents both had funeral plans with the Co-op and we got to know Sharon when she arranged Dad's funeral in February 2021. She was empathetic, considerate and professional so we were very happy to have her make arrangements for Mum.
As expected, everything was done exactly as we requested. Mum's funeral was so much more than Dad's as he died during Covid, even so Sharon helped us to make the event as good as we could hope for in the circumstances.
We would highly recommend Sharon and her team to friends, family and others.

Simply amazing. Jan and Sharon could not have done any more to help make the day go so well. If there is such a thing as a perfect funeral, that was it - thanks to Sharon and Jan. There is one thing I would highlight - the fact that they cared. They showed genuine empathy and understanding. If felt like this was more than a job to them. My brother and I cannot thank the team at Coop enough.
