Everything ran smoothly on the day and we felt so cared for and supported.
The funeral director helped my Dad with his cup of water and making sure he was ok. It was made clear how the day would run with a pre funeral call. Little touches added e.g purple/lilac coloured ties and I painted my nails to match this was my mum's favourite colour and made it so personal to us.

We were very pleased with the excellent and sensitive service provided by Congleton Funeralcare after our mother passed away on Boxing Day. Despite there being several bank holidays nothing was too much trouble for Louise and her colleagues and it was all arranged perfectly. At such a difficult time it is so important to have an efficient and trouble-free service, and we could not have asked for more or better.

The staff were very kind and I really enjoyed the transparent pricing and the availability of canvases with pictures of my mother on it. The only reason it is not 'Excellent' is that they don't cover death notices/funeral write-ups in the local paper. When I wrote a death notice they did not put the funeral directors on the bottom which is something that it didn't occur to me to do. I would have liked it spelled out at the beginning that they didn't do this. Apart from this one small matter I was very happy and would recommend.

From the first discussion of what kind of funeral we wanted, right through to the day itself, the team were kind, considerate and well organised. They guided us through each step, and looked after every detail big and small.  Knowing that everything was in safe hands made a difficult time that little bit easier.
