We cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Congleton funeral care. We have sadly had two funerals within ten months of each other. Both Lorraine and Louise have been so helpful, kind and compassionate on each occasion. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They made a very hard time, much easier. Their care and attention was second to none. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

My only criticism would be that the tube supplied for the ashes was considering it's size very expensive and not big enough to hold all the ashes of a fairly small lady.

Excellent service from the very beginning, Louise especially made a very sad time much easier the way she looked after us and guided me through the whole process. Couldn’t have asked for more. On the day of the funeral Lorraine was there every step of the way to make sure everything went as we wanted. Can’t thank them both enough!

To all the coop staff in Congleton
It was a difficult time to talk about mums funeral arrangements to begin with but Louise was absolutely brilliant at explaining what was needed to do and the choices available to us .It was done In a calm relaxed dignified manner .Louise showed she was a true professional at her job and all her staff as well.The actual day went beautifully the music the flowers the whole service every one involved was a credit to the company
