So helpful .with everything .such a huge relief as they took some off the load off me including the Obituary in the paper ! They helped or advised with everything I felt we were in good hands .And kind and helpful .
If I had one comment to make it would be for the staff to be given smarter. uniforms for funeral day .that's isn't a complaint .it's purely a suggestion

Natalie and Danny made this whole experience as painless as possible and I am so grateful to them both. We requested that all who attended wore bright colours or animal print and Natalie and her team offered to do the same which was perfect (I still want her orange Dr Martens). Very respectful, and our car had plenty of room and a helpful driver to help my Mum to get in and out of the car. Only problem was when they lifted the coffin to take it out of the church I thought that they were going to drop it.

On the day management was good (other than 'Co-Op Funeral Services' advertisement along side the coffin in the hearse). Pre and post administration was confused on several occasions, e.g. incorrect costings, losing records of payment, which was disappointing and undermined confidence. Overall a satisfactory service.

Service was excellent but have had to mark down to very good for the following reason. We had apt to pay our last respects to our late father. We were just about to be escorted to his room to say our goodbyes when the person we had been talking to took a phone call which lasted 20mins. The person on the other end was discussing a funeral for a baby/ toddler who had passed away. We had to listen to the whole phone call which became quite distressing. And the people for the next apt had arrived and they also had to listen to the call. If the person taking the call had asked the person on the end of the line to just hold for 30 seconds we could have been shown to the room our dad was in and he could have resumed the conversation.

Very good overall. Better communication between staff during holidays is required as it can be very emotional having to resend photos and other information.
