Helped with everything they could, did everything within their power to get the day we wanted and the arangements we needed to have a beautiful service and a proper goodbye. Looked after us at every step of the way and cant thank them enough.

Jane was excellent in helping me organise my cousin's funeral. Our initial conversations began whilst i was on holiday in Spain, and Jane was very accommodating, supportive and super helpful in answering all my questions. Nothing was too much trouble - she was so lovely, and compassionate and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. The little touches Jane organised such as the funeral chaps wearing specific coloured ties on the day of the funeral was very touching too. James was also so lovely and helpful, and couldn't do enough to make sure all went to plan. Both Jane and James are a huge credit to the Co-op funeral care team, and i would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone.

Seamless fantastic service offered by Jane and James, AKA Martin. Could not have been more attentive and accommodating right down for all wearing colourful ties and two bearers standing down when family members decided to carry mum in the crem.
Everyone who attended commented on the excellent and professional team.

From start to finish Eye funeral care were so supportive in helping organise a perfect funeral for my Mum. They listened to everything we wanted and they made it happen. They explained everything throughout and on the day of the funeral were so kind and caring, explaining different parts of the service and being a friendly face. Couldn't fault them. Made a difficult thing slightly easier.

Jane Mack dealt with me and my family from the start. Very professional and compassionate. Whilst Jane was on holiday the service was a little poor, once Jane was back it was very good again and looked after my husband with exceptional care, and all our needs as a family. Thank you Jane.

An amazing service from Eye funeral care. Jane Mack, who organised everything for us, did an incredible job. Nothing was too much trouble.
John, the funeral director, looked after us all the way through the day Making sure that everything went well.
I can't thank everyone enough.

This was a Direct Cremation service but all involved at the Eye Branch provided an exemplary service.
The two ladies who collected mum from the house arrived very quickly and were so lovely even making her bed and leaving a rose where she lay.
On a visit to Eye Funeralcare by my sister and I, we saw Jane and were treated with professionalism, empathy, reciprocal humour (where appropriate) and a cup of tea !
We would recommend Eye Funeralcare not only for the service we received but also for ease of parking, great area and a thoughtful window display.

Extremely good service, lovely people, very helpful, just a little disappointed at the lack of availability of dates! Only offered two with no option to change. Because of times of service and family having to travel a long way, had to have my Mum's funeral on my Dad's memorial anniversary 💔

The Staff at Eye Funeral home can only be described as exemplary. They carry out their duties with dignity and compassion. I cannot thank them enough for the service they gave us during the period of my sisters death. I would like to specifically mention Wendy, Scott and Sarah. I have to say that Wendy who arranged my sisters cremation was amazing. So patient and considerate. Also Wendy totally understood what we wanted. It was a very difficult time for me and Wendy was there all the way. I would like it known to Wendy’s manager that she is a very understanding and amazing lady . An asset to your company.
