It was a lovely service . Lisa as celebrant was excellent. I appreciated everything.
We had one problem. The acoustics were very difficult to understand.we were all older and our hearing is not very sharp .but all the funeral carer's were lovely.
I just wish to thank everyone.

Katy was brilliant in helping my sister and I organise and make choices for the double funeral or our parents. She was professionally pleasant, respectful, sensitive and understanding at such an incredibly sad time for us. We felt our parents were being cared for with the utmost respect. The products were of a high standard. She instilled confidence in us that all would be ok. The order of service process was problematic but we got there and the end result was beautiful. Sarah also was fantastic in her absence and helped ensure everything was completed to time. The day went without any problems. We felt very supported, unrushed and looked after on the day. And everyone commented how perfect the day was. We were left feeling that we had done the very best for our parents. Thank you.

Scott, Sarah , Katy, Ian and the rest of the team did dad proud. Mum, Shaun, myself and the rest of the family cannot thank you enough. Scott was with us from collecting dad from home on the day he passed, to the day we said goodbye.
Sarah Katy and Ian could not have been more helpful and attentive to our wishes.

Overall I felt very supported both at your premises and on the day of the funeral.

I was a bit surprised when I twice went to your premises on two different Fridays just assuming you'd be open but weren't ,otherwise it would have been 'excellent'.

Both Katy and Sarah have been exceptional with the planning and execution of all the arrangements. They have been so helpful, patient, kind and professional through what has been a very traumatic event and i can't praise or recommend them highly enough. No question was too small and they were always at the end of the phone to explain anything and everything. First class, five star service from two amazing ladies.
