The Co.op Funeral Service on James Street Cambridge handed my Wife's Crematoriums wishes with the most professional and friendly respect for her wishes. The staff who looked after my wife informed me of all the care and preparation that it took to make my wife presentable for the last time that I could see her. They respected any details of the service that I also requested. And I didn't feel like that I was being rushed though the appointment, the lady who I spoke to make sure that I had the time to tell her what was going to happen on the day. The members of staff who i meet working at James St are professional and friendly and listen, even when I had to pick up my wife's ashes there was time to just to have a quick chat before the next appointment.

Ian gave the whole family excellent support from day one and we cannot thank Ian enough for getting us through this awful time. The added issue of the repatriation of our daughter was handled with total respect and dignity. Ian provided advice and suggestions every step of the way and we are so grateful that we had him at our side. We would highly recommend.
