My family and I were very pleased by the funeral on November 28th of my husband, Alan Leonard Ross Findlay. Emma was very sympathetic and efficient with me and my son Tom at the initial meeting. On the day everything worked like clockwork. The funeral employees were dignified and we were very pleased with the work of the celebrant the Coop suggested, Adele Regan. The limousine and its two drivers was much appreciated by me as it was a splendid comfortable car expertly driven.

I couldn't of asked for a better service, they were fantastic with my children all being they are grown. They were included in every step and asked there opinions and what they thought there dad would want and we were all made to feel at ease. And the care they took of my husband was 100 percent beyond brilliant, he looked so at peace and no longer in any pain , and so smart in his suit from head to toe he looked gorgeous and that's how ill remember him and it all thanks to the wonderful staff ,I can't thank them enough for what they did for us

ollowing that awful event in Cambridge when my husband died of a ruptured aneurysm in hospital, you were able to take care of the complicated transfer during the Christmas vacations in your country and the Christmas vacations in Spain, the country of destination of his body. The language barrier was very difficult for us, but all the people who helped us at this tragic moment did so with remarkable professionalism. Even if the services took too long for us, we know that this was not your responsibility, but rather that of the whole period and events. Thank you to the whole team

We were very happy with the service provided. We had a direct funeral for my mother. A guide as to how long it would be before we could collect her ashes would have been welcome. Otherwise happy.

Everyone was very caring & even though mum's bond was an old one they followed it almost exactly as per her wishes. They found me an amazing celebrant as mum had requested a lady. They were very respectful with their duty of care towards mum. Can't fault them
