It took ages to see my father I had to keep ringing to make an appointment to see him the funeral service was very good but I was sent a Bill and my husband went and paid it then we had another bill for another £400 when my husband went to pay this extra they put on the receipt Robert instead of Ronald and then we ordered a double casket for my mum and dad 2 weeks before the internment and we had to wait until ,2 days before the internment we were reimbursed for the price of the double casket but this took 2 weeks for me to receive it .

I have used this funeral service before where it ran smoothly,but I have to be honest and say that for Mum’s funeral it was not all plain sailing.I was in contact  with no fewer than 4 different names.There was a bit of confusion over what we’s decided on flowers at the first meeting,then I was asked to produce the photos we’d chosen for the front and back cover of the funeral service once again as the photos came back unclear.Then the design of the flowers on the front cover were nothing like we’d asked for.I accepted the final cover as it was similar to the flower we wanted,even though the layout was not.This was all pretty stressful,but thanks to the Pastor Ewan Jones’input for the visual tribute and relevant recordings from family who could not be present,and relevant music,it went smoothly.The eventual spray of flowers was lovely,the respect and care shown by the drivers of the hearse and funeral car very moving from start to finish.Fortunately,it all came together in the end,and many commented on what a lovely service it was.I don’t like being negative,but when families are going through such a traumatic time,I don’t think it’s too much to expect to be able to rely on a service to run smoothly.
