I hate leaving a bad review but there were a couple of things that should have been better, 
The celebrant Michelle was amazing but when she came to the house on her notes the funeral was at a different crematorium,
We asked for memorial books and wanted to know how many pages there were and they got that wrong, I emailed them to find out the link for the service and I didn’t receive it until 20 minutes before leaving for the service.
On the day of the service they knocked at the wrong address, 
Everything after that was amazing so thank you for that.

I have nothing but praise for the whole team. Chris was kind and helpful in guiding me and my daughters through making the arrangements. On the day of the funeral team looking after us really helped us to get through what was a very difficult day and managed to leave us feeling it was indeed a celebration of Roger’s life. Thank you.

The funeral service can be improved by having more than one member of staff at the office. It is rather disconcerting having to leave messages on an answerphone.

This is my first time planning a funeral & the staff could not do enough for me. They went over and above to help me & to make me feel at ease. Chris especially was caring, compassionate and he treated my husband with dignity. 1st class service all round. Thank-you for making this special day less worriesome. You did Al proud.

The service we from the Coop was outstanding. My mother died in Bedford but we wanted the service in Aylesbury.
The funeral was just what we had asked for , Aylesbury Vale Crematorium is a beautiful location. The whole process was handled professionally with great care.
