Tracy at the Beaconsfiled branch worked extremely hard to give us what we wanted. It was not easy to have the church and someone available to take the service but she kept going and everyting went well on the day.

It was a pleasure dealing with Tracey when arranging Mum's funeral, she was compassionate and caring but at the same time efficient and methodical. Her communication after the funeral was excellent too. The funeral itself went off very well and Abbi was efficient although she was keen for us to exit the chapel when the exit music had only just started (we stayed until it had finished as didn't want to be rushed...). Our Celebrant, Alison Scott, was excellent, just the right tone and speed of delivery with kindness and compassion. Thank you all for making such a difficult time a bit easier.
