We were very impressed with the level of service and care that we received from Lewis at the yate office he was very helpful,kind and helped both my son and myself through what is a horribly sad time.
Lewis listened to what we wanted he asked about my late husband l noticed that when he spoke about my husband he spoke about him in the present and not in the past tense which so many people do thank you for that,
Lewis found us the Celebrant and he ,David Miles was just the right man for us brilliant again thank you.
I would always recommend the Co op to friends and family

Big thankyou to Lewis Hawkins at the Coop for handling all the arrangements.Everything went extremely well,no snags and running exactly on time.
Also, thankyou to Susan Leakey, the Celebrant recommended by Lewis, who organised and conducted the excellent service.The fellow mourners who attended commented that it was a lovely service.

We were supported well by the staff at the Yate branch. Steph was particularly helpful in arranging for the webcast to be changed so that we could watch a recording of it as well as live. I would have rated the score as excellent if the first time we were given for the service didn't have to be changed. However, this was rectified quickly and wasn't too difficult for us to put right.

Always attentive to my requests and very accepting of the fact that the family wanted to conduct the funeral without recourse to a professional celebrant. Liaison with the crematorium was good. Orders for spray, coffin and programmes efficiently handled. Minor error in final invoice quickly rectified.

Would like to thank you for the compassion and support shown on the death of our Mum Mary Molloy. She was treated with dignity and care by everyone.
