Very personal & sympathetic service. Delivered exactly what we discussed. Made a very stressful & upsetting time much easier for us all.

The team in Yate are fabulous people, nothing was too much trouble, they listened to what we wanted, made many changes to the order of service & were supportive throughout the whole process. The celebrant they suggested was perfect, & we found out that he had worked closely with my daughter and son in law previously, so had a real understanding of us. He clicked! Everything was perfect. Thank you Carol

We had to organise a non-attendant funeral, met with Steph who was polite and very respectful of our wishes. She ensured that we knew when the cremation was taking place so we could have quiet time. She also informed us when Tony was back in their care.
