Everybody was really nice to me and funeral went well I was just disappointed that when I booked the cremation and all the extras there was supposed to be money left for me then I was emailed to say the plan I had was wrong I had to have the next one which was 469.00 more which my friend is paying cuz I have no money so disappointed wuth that but overall very nice staff and brilliant service and peter who gave the service I can't fault

We were guided through the complete process. The staff were friendly, empathic and diligent throughout. 
Mark was amazing. Four members of the family wanted to carry Mum into the chapel. He explained how they would do it - and didn’t even look ‘scared’.  David Williams was our celebrant who did everything we discussed and we would highly recommend him. Thank you all for making a difficult time bearable.
